Basic Criteria:

• BITUO offers fine quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with merchandise, we accept returns within 15 days since the receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. We will cover the shipping fee if there is any damage or quality problems with merchandise, while you will have to pay the shipping fee if there are no any quality problems. By placing an order, you agree to the following policies. Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

All returns must include the following:

• Original condition
• All accessories
• Manuals, warranty registration, etc.

Return Steps:

• Email the customer service the order ID and the reason that you want to return the product.
• We will send you the return number and return address.
• Please write the return number on parcel after the receiver’s name.
• Once we receive the parcel, we will issue a refund or send you the replacement.
